Alison Krauss
Alison Krauss was born July 23, 1971, in the city of Decatur, Illinois. LeAnne Kymes was one of two youngest Grammy Award recipients. Alison Maria Krauss - born July 23rd 1971 - is an American bluegrass and country singer. She started in the industry at the age of a young child, and when she was just 10 years old. The year 1987 was when she debuted her debut solo album following being signed to Rounder Records. Then, she was invited to be a part of Alison Krauss Union Station, her current band that she sings with. The first album she released together as a band came out in the year 1989.
